COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. By entering this competition, you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions which will govern the competition. Any entrant who contravenes these rules may be disqualified from the competition. The rules can only be modified by the Promoters in a written revision posted on the competition’s LinkedIn page or any other official competition communication.

  3. The competition will run for 31 October 2023 only. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in transmission.
  4. To enter the competition: During the competition period, entrants have to fill out the online form provided to obtain a passport stamp. All completed passports will be eligible for the first day’s draw (one entry per person).
  5. One winner will be randomly selected and will receive a R2500 Takealot voucher. Should the entrant not be present at the cocktail function at 17:30 for the lucky draw, they will forfeit the prize and another name will be drawn.
  6. Participants understand and agree that in order to offer the competition, the Promoter must collect and use personal information about participants.
  7. By participating in this competition, you consent to the processing of your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). You may opt out or unsubscribe from receiving communications at any time
  8. The prize is neither negotiable nor transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash.
  9. By entering this competition, the entrant consents that the Promoter may upload their photograph to the Lead2 Consulting Social Media Pages for the purposes of this competition and may use names and images taken of the winners for publicity purposes, without any further remuneration being payable to the winner. The winner may decline to participate in any promotional activity by notifying the Promoter in writing. All promotional material will become the sole property of the Promoter.
  10. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. You may not enter the competition if you are a director, member, partner, employee,tenant (or employee of a tenant), agent, consultant or supplier to the Promoters, or their respective spouses, partners, family members (parents, siblings and children), business partners or associates.
  12. Participants in this competition hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless the Promoters and their successors, employees, officers, suppliers, contractors, agents, consultants, directors and shareholders from and against any losses, claims, proceedings, actions, damages, liability for harm, injury or death, demands, expenses or any costs r arising out of their participation in this competition or their use of the prizes, and/or any person with whom they share that prize.
  13. The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern this competition.
  14. Participants understand and agree that in order to offer the competition, the Promoter must collect and use personal information about participants.
  15. The Promoters reserve the right to cancel, modify or amend the competition at any time if deemed necessary in their own opinion or if circumstances arise outside of their control.
